pasawin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pasawin's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pasawin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pasawin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
pasawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pasawin reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your pasawin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
